What does “bottomless charcuterie” mean?

  • You’re welcome to return to the bar as often as you wish during the event.

How many items can I choose for my event?

  • Our charcuterie includes twelve different choices for your guests and will include a minimum of three artisan cheeses, three premium meats, fresh fruit, crackers/bread, nuts, and a sweet treat!

Do you require a deposit?

  • Yes, at the time of your booking we will request a $250.00 deposit to confirm your event.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences?

  • While we take steps to minimize risk and safely handle foods that contain possible allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur. We are happy to make substitutions to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences, but please note that our food may contain or come in contact with common allergens including dairy, wheat, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, and peanuts.

What areas do you service?

  • We include in our fees a 60 mile round trip service area from our kitchen located on Plum Street in Lancaster, PA. For events beyond this milage additional fee of $.70 per mile will be charged.

Do you provide beverages?

  • We do not provide beverages, as our focus is on crafting an exceptional charcuterie menu tailored for your event.

I need to cancel my event, what is the refund policy?

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable. If full payment has not been received within 3 days of the event date, the event will be cancelled without refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the event date and will be subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent to blackhorsecharcuterie@gmail.com.

Are you licensed and insured?

  • Yes, Black Horse Charcuterie Bar, LLC holds license and certificate of insurance which can be provided upon request. Both Megan and Jenn are ServSafe Manager certified.

Do you have a store front and do you offer grazing boards or tables?

  • We do not have a store front as we are a mobile business. Our business office is located at 321 Delp Rd. Lancaster PA, 17601.

  • We don’t offer grazing boards or grazing tables. Our speciality is a mobile event allowing guests to enjoy the party while we do all the work of creating a delicious charcuterie bar and serving your guests.
