Black Horse Charcuterie Bar offers a versatile and elegant catering experience that seamlessly compliments the ambiance of any event - going beyond just feeding guests to enhancing the overall atmosphere. Let us do all the work so you can enjoy the party too!
Our bar will travel to your location and can be situated inside or outside. The bar only needs a 5 x 3 foot space to operate. We can be the star - out front in your event, or tucked to the side. You pick the location where guests will find our delicious charcuterie. After you select the date and time of event, together we will develop a menu that will leave your guests impressed.
We bring everything we need from set up - to tear down, featuring our bottomless charcuterie. Be as involved in the planning as you wish to be, and let us do the rest!
Base Package
$500.00
Each booking includes our base package mobile bar at your location. We’ll set up, provide two hours of bottomless charcuterie service, two attendants, and breakdown. We include our standard plates, utensils, and napkins. Milage included to your event location within 30 miles of our kitchen located on Plum Street in Lancaster County (extra fee beyond 30 miles).
A deposit of $250.00 required with each reservation (non-refundable 7 days prior to event).
Payments can be made via major credit card or debit card.
*Additional service time available after initial two hours - $150/hour.
Per guest pricing tiers:
(minimum 25 guests)
$17 per person for 25-75 guests
$16 per person for 76-125 guests
$15 per person for 126 + guests
Charcuterie will include: a minimum of three artisan cheeses, three premium meats, fresh fruit, crackers/bread, nuts, and a sweet treat!
